An unhinged older woman with white hair walking a dog and wearing a company jacket. Calls me an asshole and berates me after I said good morning to her. Her excuse was I was going the wrong way through a parking lot and she's almost been struck there. I was no where near her and was traveling at 5 mph. Horribly rude and a terrible representation of this company.

Spoke with office staff 3 times to try to get a quote for my yard. Rude and unhelpful, they lost a customer.
